WEB SİTESİ GİZLİLİK VE ÇEREZ POLİTİKASI

Web sitemizi ziyaret edenlerin kişisel verilerini 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu uyarınca işlemekte ve gizliliğini korumaktayız. Bu Web Sitesi Gizlilik ve Çerez Politikası ile ziyaretçilerin kişisel verilerinin işlenmesi, çerez politikası ve internet sitesi gizlilik ilkeleri belirlenmektedir.

Çerezler (cookies), küçük bilgileri saklayan küçük metin dosyalarıdır. Çerezler, ziyaret ettiğiniz internet siteleri tarafından, tarayıcılar aracılığıyla cihazınıza veya ağ sunucusuna depolanır. 1.Kişisel Verilerin İşlenme Amacı

Web sitemizi ziyaret etmeniz dolayısıyla elde edilen kişisel verileriniz aşağıda sıralanan amaçlarla T.C. İçişleri Bakanlığı tarafından Kanun’un 5. ve 6. maddelerine uygun olarak işlenmektedir:

T.C. İçişleri Bakanlığı tarafından yürütülen ticari faaliyetlerin yürütülmesi için gerekli çalışmaların yapılması ve buna bağlı iş süreçlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi,
T.C. İçişleri Bakanlığı tarafından sunulan ürün ve hizmetlerden ilgili kişileri faydalandırmak için gerekli çalışmaların yapılması ve ilgili iş süreçlerinin gerçekleştirilmesi,
T.C. İçişleri Bakanlığı tarafından sunulan ürün ve hizmetlerin ilgili kişilerin beğeni, kullanım alışkanlıkları ve ihtiyaçlarına göre özelleştirilerek ilgili kişilere önerilmesi ve tanıtılması.

2.Kişisel Verilerin Aktarıldığı Taraflar ve Aktarım Amacı

Web sitemizi ziyaret etmeniz dolayısıyla elde edilen kişisel verileriniz, kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amaçları doğrultusunda, iş ortaklarımıza, tedarikçilerimize kanunen yetkili kamu kurumlarına ve özel kişilere Kanun’un 8. ve 9. maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları ve amaçları kapsamında aktarılabilmektedir.

3.Kişisel Verilerin Toplanma Yöntemi

Çerezler, ziyaret edilen internet siteleri tarafından tarayıcılar aracılığıyla cihaza veya ağ sunucusuna depolanan küçük metin dosyalarıdır. Web sitemiz ziyaret edildiğinde, kişisel verilerin saklanması için herhangi bir çerez kullanılmamaktadır.

4.Çerezleri Kullanım Amacı

Web sitemiz birinci ve üçüncü taraf çerezleri kullanır. Birinci taraf çerezleri çoğunlukla web sitesinin doğru şekilde çalışması için gereklidir, kişisel verilerinizi tutmazlar. Üçüncü taraf çerezleri, web sitemizin performansını, etkileşimini, güvenliğini, reklamları ve sonucunda daha iyi bir hizmet sunmak için kullanılır. Kullanıcı deneyimi ve web sitemizle gelecekteki etkileşimleri hızlandırmaya yardımcı olur. Bu kapsamda çerezler;

Oturum çerezleri ziyaretçilerimizin web sitemizi ziyaretleri süresince kullanılan, tarayıcı kapatıldıktan sonra silinen geçici çerezlerdir. Amacı ziyaretiniz süresince İnternet Sitesinin düzgün bir biçimde çalışmasının teminini sağlamaktır.

6.Veri Sahiplerinin Hakları

Kanunun ilgili kişinin haklarını düzenleyen 11 inci maddesi kapsamındaki talepleri, Politika’da düzenlendiği şekilde, ayrıntısını Bakanlığımıza ileterek yapabilir. Talebin niteliğine göre en kısa sürede ve en geç otuz gün içinde başvuruları ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır; ancak işlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi halinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu tarafından belirlenecek tarifeye göre ücret talep edilebilir.

Regarding the Excessive Rainfalls throughout the Country.

According to the latest evaluations made by the General Directorate of Meteorology; Rainfall warning with an Orange and yellow code was issued for the following provinces on September 3-4, 2023.

•Provinces warned with the Orange Code on 03.09.2023: Ankara, Ordu, Samsun

•Provinces warned with the Yellow Code on 03.09.2023: Amasya, Çankırı, Eskişehir, Kayseri, Konya, Niğde, Sivas, Yozgat, Kırıkkale, Çorum, Kastamonu, Kırşehir, Nevşehir, Sinop, Tokat, Aksaray, Giresun, Rize, Trabzon, Kocaeli, Yalova

•Provinces warned with the Yellow Code on Code on 04.09.2023: Amasya, Çorum, Tokat, Kastamonu, Sinop

•Provinces warned with the Orange Code on on 04.09.2023: Ordu, Samsun

In the provinces where the warning was given, The Governor's Office and the Provincial AFAD Directorates in the provinces where the warning was issued were informed via a Message.

All our citizens living in 3 provinces, which were warned with the orange code by AFAD Presidency, were informed via SMS.

Information is received periodically from the provinces with Orange coded warnings. A total of 620 notifications have been received as a result of excessive rainfall so far.

Ordu

• Excessive rainfall occurred throughout Ordu on 02.09.2023 at 22.00. No negative notice has been received as of now.

• 10 personnel, 2 vehicles, 1 generator, 5 motor-pomp and 1 vacuum truck were assigned from Sivas and dispatched to Ordu to respond to possible negativities.

• 10 personnel from Ordu Provincial AFAD, 1 boat and 13 personnel from Ordu Fire Department, 6 submersible pumps, 15 motor pumps, 5 fire trucks were assigned to the region.

• It was informed that the rains continued in the region as of 03.09.2023.

Ankara

• Entrapment and floods occurred as a result of excessive rainfall throughout Ankara on 02.09.2023.

• According to the information received from Ankara Provincial AFAD, a total of 32 notifications were received so far.

• The incidents are intervened by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality teams.

• As a result of the flood occurred in Şereflikoçhisar, it was reported that there was a flood in the area where the agricultural workers were staying. Aksaray Provincial AFAD logistics warehouse planned to send 120 blankets to the region.

• It was informed that the rains continued in the region as of 03.09.2023.

Samsun

• On 03.09.2023, Floods occurred and citizens were stuck as a result of excessive rainfall throughout the province of Samsun on 03.09.2023.

• It was reported that 50 kg or more of precipitation fell in Canik, İlkadım, Ladik, Salipazarı, Ayvacik, Çarşamba and Terme districts.

• According to the information received from Samsun Provincial AFAD Center, a total of 75 notifications have been received so far.

• Samsun Provincial AFAD intervened in the incidents with 21 personnel, 5 motor pumps, 1 boat and 3 vehicles. The Fire Department intervenes with 60 personnel, 6 submersible pumps and 10 vehicles. The Gendarmerie intervenes in the region with 5 personnel and 1 vehicle. The Samsun Security teams dispatched 5 personnel, 1 motor pump and 1 vehicle. NGO teams sent 29 personnel, 3 boats and 5 vehicles to the region.

Aksaray

• Floods occurred in Aksaray as a result of heavy rainfalls on 02.09.2023.

• According to the information received from Aksaray Provincial AFAD Center, a total of 1 notification was received so far.

• It was learned that the tents of the agricultural workers in Yeşilova, Aksaray were flooded. 25 people were evacuated and placed with their relative’s houses.

• AFAD and Fire Brigade teams respond to notifications.

Konya

• A lightning strike occurred as a result of heavy rainfalls in Tuzlukçu district of Konya on 02.09.2023.

• According to the information received from Konya Provincial AFAD Center, a total of 20 notifications have been received so far.

• It was notified that one of the citizens was injured as a result of a lightning strike.

Nevşehir

• Floods occurred as a result of excessive rainfall in Nevşehir central district, Özyayla and Kızılcık villages on 02.09.2023.

• According to the information received from the 112 Emergency Call Center, a total of 20 notifications were received so far.

• Nevşehir Provincial AFAD, Fire Department, the Gendarmerie and Special Provincial Administration teams respond to notifications.

Sivas

• Floods occurred as a result of heavy rains throughout the province of Sivas on 02.09.2023.

• According to the information received from the 112 Emergency Call Center, a total of 13 notifications were received so far.

• Sivas Provincial AFAD teams responded with 6 personnel, and 1 vehicle. The General Directorate of Highways, the Gendarmerie and Special Provincial Administration (with 2 construction machines) are working in the region.

• Citizens were stuck in Yeniköy neighborhood of Gemerek, Sivas. Citizens were rescued under the coordination of AFAD and Gendarmerie.

Kayseri

• Floods occurred as a result of heavy rains throughout Kayseri on 02.09.2023.

• According to the information received from the 112 Emergency Call Center, a total of 10 notifications were received so far.

• Kayseri Provincial AFAD and Fire Department teams intervened in the incidents.

• It was learned that the tent where seasonal workers were staying was flooded as a result of heavy rains. Citizens were evacuated under the coordination of AFAD.

Yozgat

• Citizens were trapped and floods occurred as a result of heavy rainfalls throughout Yozgat on 02.09.2023

• According to the information received from the 112 Emergency Call Center, a total of 1 notification was received so far.

• It was learned that a container of seasonal workers in the Çandır district of Yozgat had flooded. 4 citizens were placed in the shelters under the coordination of AFAD.

Giresun

• Floods occurred and citizens were stuck as a result of excessive rainfalls throughout Giresun on 03.09.2023.

• According to the information received from Giresun Provincial AFAD Center, a total of 28 notifications were received so far.

• Giresun Provincial AFAD intervened in the incident with 11 personnel, 5 motor pumps, 1 boat, 3 vehicles, 11 AFAD Volunteers, 7 (Search and Rescue Association) AKUT personnel and 2 off-road vehicles. The Fire Department teams sent 9 personnel, 4 motor pumps, 4 vacuum trucks and 4 fire trucks to the region to intervene in the incidents.

• 5 personnel, 1 vehicle, 2 mud pumps, 1 submersible pump, 2 generators and 1 lighting were assigned from Erzurum in order to support the works.

• Teams are responding to the flooded vehicles on the Giresun-Trabzon highway and houses.

Eskişehir

• Floods occurred as a result of heavy rainfalls throughout Eskişehir on 02.09.2023.

• According to the information received from Eskişehir Provincial AFAD Center one notification was received so far.

• Warnings are intervened by Fire Department teams.

Amasya

• Floods occurred throughout Amasya due to the excessive rainfall on 02.09.2023.

• According to the information received from Amasya Provincial AFAD Center, a total of 2 notifications were received so far.

• The Fire Department intervened in the incidents.

Kırşehir

• On 03.09.2023, a lightning strike occurred as a result of heavy rainfalls in Demirci village in Akpınar, Kırşehir.

• According to the information received from Kırşehir Provincial AFAD Center, a total of 2 notifications were received so far.

• It was learned that material damage occurred in 1 house as a result of a lightning strike.
