WEB SİTESİ GİZLİLİK VE ÇEREZ POLİTİKASI
Web sitemizi ziyaret edenlerin kişisel verilerini 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu uyarınca işlemekte ve gizliliğini korumaktayız. Bu Web Sitesi Gizlilik ve Çerez Politikası ile ziyaretçilerin kişisel verilerinin işlenmesi, çerez politikası ve internet sitesi gizlilik ilkeleri belirlenmektedir.
Çerezler (cookies), küçük bilgileri saklayan küçük metin dosyalarıdır. Çerezler, ziyaret ettiğiniz internet siteleri tarafından, tarayıcılar aracılığıyla cihazınıza veya ağ sunucusuna depolanır. Çerezler, ziyaret edilen internet siteleri tarafından tarayıcılar aracılığıyla cihaza veya ağ sunucusuna depolanan küçük metin dosyalarıdır. Web sitemiz ziyaret edildiğinde, kişisel verilerin saklanması için herhangi bir çerez kullanılmamaktadır.
Web sitemiz birinci ve üçüncü taraf çerezleri kullanır. Birinci taraf çerezleri çoğunlukla web sitesinin doğru şekilde çalışması için gereklidir, kişisel verilerinizi tutmazlar. Kanunun ilgili kişinin haklarını düzenleyen 11 inci maddesi kapsamındaki talepleri, Politika’da düzenlendiği şekilde, ayrıntısını Bakanlığımıza ileterek yapabilir. Talebin niteliğine göre en kısa sürede ve en geç otuz gün içinde başvuruları ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır; ancak işlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi halinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu tarafından belirlenecek tarifeye göre ücret talep edilebilir.

Regarding the Excessive Rainfalls throughout the Country.
According to the information received from the Directorate General for Meteorology, a rainfall warning with Orange Code was issued for 15 provinces (Artvin, Bartın, Bolu, Düzce, Giresun, Kastamonu, Karabük, Kocaeli, Ordu, Rize, Sakarya, Samsun, Sinop, Trabzon, and Zonguldak) on 9 July 2023. A rainfall warning with Yellow Code was issued for Amasya, Bilecik, Bursa, Erzincan, İstanbul, Tokat, Bayburt, Yozgat, Ardahan, Yalova, Sivas, Kars, Gümüşhane, Erzurum, Çorum.
In the provinces where the warning was given, The Governor's Office and the Provincial AFAD Directorates in the provinces where the warning was issued were informed via a Message.
All citizens living in 15 provinces, which were warned with the orange code by AFAD Presidency, were informed via SMS.
Information is received periodically from the provinces with Orange and Yellow coded warnings.
A total of 1 thousand 467 notifications have been received as a result of excessive rainfall so far.
The dead body of a citizen, who was flooded and was missing as a result of excessive rains, was found in Samsun, Çarşamba district.
ZONGULDAK
• Excessive rainfall occurred in Zonguldak and Çaycuma district on 08.07.2023.
• The Zonguldak Provincial Directorate of AFAD assigned 14 personnel and 3 boats to the area. The Bilecik Provincial Directorate of AFAD dispatched 2 personnel, 1 motor pump, 1 pump and a vehicle. The Manisa Provincial Directorate of AFAD sent 3 personnel, 1 motor pump, 1 pump and a vehicle. 7 divers, 3 boats and 2 vehicles were assigned by the Gendarmerie Search and Rescue Battalion (JAK) to the region.
• It has been reported that floods, lightning strikes and rockfalls occurred throughout the province as a result of excessive rainfalls.
• 63 notifications have been received so far and the AFAD teams and the Fire Department have responded to the notifications.
• It was reported that there has been a power cuts in Soğuksu and Güldere
• Excessive rainfalls continue in the region. Fortunately there are no casualties or injuries as of now.
• Zonguldak - Istanbul road is closed to traffic.
KASTAMONU
• Excessive rainfalls occurred throughout the Kastamonu. due to heavy rains, the Kastamonu Provincial Directorate of AFAD has assigned 8 personnel and 3 boats,the Ankara Provincial AFAD Directorate has dispatched 2 personnel, 2 motor pumps, 2 pumps, 3 boats and a vehicle, the İzmir Provincial Directorate of AFAD has sent 3 personnel 3 divers, 3 motor pumps, 2 pumps and 2 vehicles to the region.
• Excessive rainfalls continue in the region. Fortunately there are no casualties or injuries as of now.
BARTIN
• Excessive rainfalls continue in the region and 129 notifications have been received.
• Houses were flooded as a result of excessive rainfalls. The rains also caused a rockfall and channel overflow.
• Kuruçay Stream has overflowed. The rescue efforts continue for 11 stranded citizens.
• Bartın Stream has reached a 100% and Kirazlı Çeşme dam has reached 20% occupancy rate.
• The Bartın Provincial Directorate of AFAD has sent 10 personnel and 2 boats, The Afyonkarahisar Provincial Directorate of AFAD has assigned 5 personnel, 3 motor pumps, 2 pumps and a vehicle, the Eskişehir Provincial Directorate of AFAD has assigned 2 divers, 2 boats and a vehicle to the region. The Samsun Provincial AFAD Directorate has dispatched 6 personnel, 3 motor pumps and a vehicle to the region.
• It has been reported that some village roads are closed to traffic as of now.
• 10 bobcats, 5 vacuum trucks, channel openers and were shipped to the region.
• The excessive rainfalls continue in the region. Fortunately there are no casualties or injuries as of now.
• Intervention and response efforts of the teams continue.
SAKARYA
• Excessive rainfall occurred in Arifiye, Geyve, Pamukova and Erenler districts of Sakarya on 08.07.2023.
• It has been learned that houses were flooded as a result of excessive rainfalls.
• 12 notifications have been received and intervened by the Sakarya Provincial AFAD and the Fire Department teams.
• Rainfalls continue in the region. Fortunately there are no casualties or injuries as of now.
KOCAELİ
• Excessive rainfalls occurred throughout Kocaeli on 08.07.2023.
• It has been learned that houses and roads were flooded as a result of excessive rainfalls.
• 474 notifications have been received so far. The response teams from the AFAD, the Fire Department, the Gendarmerie, the Security and the Municipality are working in the region.
• A total of 999 personnel and 374 vehicles were dispatched to the region as a result of excessive rainfalls.
• Rainfalls continue in the region. Fortunately there are no casualties or injuries as of now.
ORDU
• Excessive rainfalls occurred in Fatsa, Altınordu and central district of Ordu on 08.07.2023.
• 573 notifications have been received so far. The response teams from the AFAD, the Fire Department, the Gendarmerie, the Security and the Municipality are working in the region.
• A department head from the AFAD Presidency was appointed to Ordu.
•The Ordu Provincial Directorate of AFAD has sent 14 personnel and 2 boats, the Diyarbakır Provincial Directorate of AFAD has dispatched 3 personnel, 3 motor pump and 1 vehicle and the Sivas Provincial Directorate of AFAD has assigned 5 personnel, 2 pumps, 1 boat and 1 vehicle to the incident area. 5 personnel and 1 vehicle were dispatched to the area by the Kayseri Provincial Directorate of AFAD, 5 personnel, 2 motor pumps and 2 vehicles were assigned by the Ankara Provincial Directorate of AFAD.
• 10 bobcats, 10 vacuum trucks and channel openers were shipped to the region.
• A total of 5 citizens, 4 injured and one trapped citizen were rescued.
• All roads are open to traffic. There are no power cuts.
• Rainfalls continue in the region. Fortunately there are no casualties or injuries as of now.
SAMSUN
• Excessive rainfalls occurred in Samsun, Canik and Çarşamba districts on 08.07.2023.
• Rains continue in the region and the dead body of a citizen who was flooded has been found.
•3 notifications have been received so far. The response teams with 45 personnel and 3 boats from the Samsun Provincial AFAD are working in the region. The search and rescue efforts continue by search and rescue teams of the Fire Department, the Gendarmerie, the Security and the Municipality.
• All roads are open to traffic. There are no power cuts.
ARTVİN
• Excessive rainfalls occurred throughout Artvin on 08.07.2023.
• Houses were flooded as a result of excessive rainfalls.
• 3 notifications have been received so far. The search and rescue works continue by the Artvin Provincial AFAD teams with 5 personnel and 2 boats). The Van Provincial AFAD teams are working with 7 personnel, 2 of them are divers. The search and rescue teams of the Fire Department, the Security, the Gendarmerie and the Municipality are also working in the region.
• The Van Provincial Directorate of AFAD has assigned 5 personnel, 2 divers, 2 motor pumps, 5 pumps, 1 boat and 1 vehicle to the incident area.
• Rainfalls continue in the region. Fortunately there are no casualties or injuries as of now.
SİNOP
•The Sinop Provincial Directorate of AFAD has assigned 9 personnel, the Ankara Provincial Directorate of AFAD has sent 5 personnel, 2 motor pumps and 2 vehicles to prevent the negative effects that may occur due to the excessive rainfalls expected throughout Sinop.
GİRESUN
•, Houses and roads (Giresun-Ordu Coastal Highway) were flooded and citizens were stranded as a result of heavy rainfalls. Landslides, rock falls occurred in the Piraziz district of Giresun.
•5 notifications have been received so far. The search and rescue teams of the Municipality have responded to the notifications.
• 3 stranded citizens were rescued by the AFAD search and rescue teams. A citizen in the vehicle that fell into the creek passed to the safe zone with his/her own means.
• 14 personnel and 3 boats were deployed to the region by the Giresun Provincial Directorate of AFAD, 3 personnel, 2 motor pumps, 1 boat and a vehicle by the Tokat Provincial Directorate of AFAD and 12 personnel, 5 motor pumps as well as 2 vehicles by the Diyarbakır Provincial Directorate of AFAD.
DÜZCE
• 138 kg/m of precipitation fell in Yığılca, 105 kg/m in Çilimli, 68 kg/m in Akçakoca and 85 kg/m in the central district due to the excessive rainfalls in Düzce that started yesterday morning.
• Houses and lands were flooded and citizens were stranded due to the excessive rainfalls. The rainfalls have caused landslides as well.
• Rainfalls continue in Kaynaşlı and Akçakoca districts.
• It was informed that landslides occurred at several points in Yığılca.
• 90 notifications have been received so far and responded by the AFAD and Municipality teams.
• Electricity cannot be supplied to a total of 7 villages, 4 of which are in the center and 3 are located in Yığılca district.
• Road opening works continue on village roads that are closed to traffic due to landslides.
• 97 agricultural laborers were evacuated and hosted in the central KYK dormitory.
• 14 personnel and 3 boats have been assigned by the Düzce Provincial Directorate of AFAD, 10 personnel, 3 motor pumps and 2 vehicles by the İstanbul Provincial Directorate of AFAD for the precaution against the negativities that may occur due to the excessive rainfalls expected throughout Düzce.
• Rainfalls continue in the region. Fortunately there is no loss of life or injury as of now.
RİZE
• The Rize Provincial Directorate of AFAD is standby against the negativities that may occur due to the excessive rainfall expected throughout Rize with its 57 personnel and 1 boat.
• A department head from the AFAD Presidency has been assigned to Rize.
TRABZON
• The Trabzon Provincial Directorate of AFAD is standby against the negativities that may occur due to the excessive rainfall expected throughout Trabzon with 22 personnel and 1 boat.
